Puree
The Roma purees are the perfect addition to recipes where the taste of tomatoes or garlic is required, but not necessarily the texture. Our tomato puree is double concentrated with at least 28% solids and is available in tubes, tins or jars. The Roma Garlic puree comes in a handy 80g tube that holds the garlic’s strong favour intact.
