We caught up with our competition winner Jennifer and her friend Catherine before they jetted off to Italy!
Jennifer (who runs a wonderful coffee roastery and coffee shop in Limerick www.ponaire.ie) was off to Italy to for a cookery course in Southern Tuscany.
We had our fingers crossed that the ash wouldn't spoil their holiday and with a bit of luck they were able to get away with no delays!
